How do I create my digital business card?
Sign in, go to your dashboard, and click "New card". Add your details, pick a template, and publish. Your card is instantly live at card.vrsion.pro/@yourhandle.
How do people save my contact?
Share your card link or QR code. Visitors can tap "Save contact" to download a vCard (.vcf) straight to their phone, or use your contact form to reach you.
What is the difference between Free, Pro, and Business?
Free includes one published card with core templates and VRsion branding. Pro adds more cards, premium templates, a cover image and logo, no branding, a leads inbox, and analytics. Business adds higher limits and priority support.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Go to Dashboard → Billing. You can upgrade to a paid plan, switch between monthly and yearly, or open the customer portal to update payment details or cancel. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades and at the end of the billing period for cancellations.
What happens to my cards if I downgrade?
Your content is never deleted. If you have more published cards than your new plan allows, we'll ask you to choose which to keep published; the rest become drafts you can re-publish anytime within your limits.
How do I see my leads and analytics?
Leads and analytics are Pro features. Once upgraded, open Dashboard → Leads to manage submissions and export them as CSV, and Dashboard → Analytics to see views, clicks, and contact saves.
Can I remove the "Powered by VRsion Cards" badge?
Yes — the badge is removed automatically on any paid plan (Pro or Business).
Is my data private?
Published cards are public by design. Your account data, leads, and analytics are private to you. See our Privacy Policy and Security pages for full details.
