Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VRsion Cards (the "Service"), operated by VRsion Pro Tech ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VRsion Cards lets you create, publish, and share digital business cards, capture leads, and view analytics. We may add, change, or remove features over time, including plan limits and pricing, with notice where required.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to your cards (text, images, logos). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content.
• No spam, scraping, or abuse of the lead-capture or analytics features.
• No attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• No impersonation of other people or organizations.

5. Paid plans and billing

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Business) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Downgrades and plan limits

If you downgrade or cancel a paid plan, features and limits of the lower plan apply. Content that exceeds the new plan's limits (for example, extra published cards) may be unpublished until you bring your account within the plan's limits. We do not delete your content on downgrade.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though some provisions (ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
