Your name, email address, and sign-in credentials used to create and secure your account.

Card content

The information you add to your digital cards — name, title, company, contact details, links, photos, logos, and cover images — which you choose to publish publicly.

Lead data

When someone submits a contact form on your card, we collect the name, email, phone, and message they provide, and store it in your leads inbox.

Usage and analytics

We record events such as card views, link clicks, and contact submissions to provide analytics to card owners and to operate and improve the Service.

Billing information

Payment details are processed by Stripe; we store only your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and status, never your full card number.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To display your published cards publicly at your chosen handle.
• To deliver leads and analytics to you.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails (sign-in codes, lead notifications, receipts).
• To protect the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

3. Public nature of cards

Published cards are public by design and accessible to anyone with the link. Do not publish information you are not comfortable sharing publicly. You can unpublish a card at any time.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing), under appropriate safeguards.
• Legal requirements, when we believe disclosure is required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; see our Security page for details.
